Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Whisper Wood. Each of our products is handmade in Ukraine, crafted from natural wood and epoxy resin. Due to the unique and custom-made nature of our work, we kindly ask you to read our Return and Refund Policy carefully.

Production & Delivery

  • Production time: up to 14 business days.

  • Estimated delivery time: approximately 10 business days, depending on the destination country.

  • Shipping is carried out from Ukraine. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or postal service delays.

Returns

  • Since our products are handmade and often customized, returns are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or significantly different from the description.

  • To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photo evidence of the issue.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund (excluding shipping costs) to your original payment method.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to replace the item or provide a refund.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by international customs or postal services, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving such issues.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
